Is your company/organization a 501-3c?

As the exhibitor I agree to set up a display to be viewed between the hours of 10am to 2pm (tear-down no earlier than 2pm) *
As the exhibitor I agree to provide the community with information, services, or products that are earth friendly. *
As the exhibitor I agree to provide an aesthetically appealing area with a sign idenitifying my organization *
As the exhibitor, I agree to advertise Green Fest (Examples: newsletter, link to website, fliers, email to clients, etc) *
As the exhibitor I agree to participate in our Recycle Reward Drawing by providing one small earth friendly item valued at least $10 *
• As a non-profit vendor in lieu of a vendor fee I agree to do one or more of the following:


The North Ridgeville Friends of the Park/Green Fest Committee are not responsible for items/persons at the park the day of the event.


Green Fest will provide advertising and space for the event. Green Fest is located outdoors in a city park with no access for electricity so please plan accordingly for your display. Each exhibitor is responsible for bringing their own set up materials such as a table, chairs or tent.
